Originally from North Dakota, Penny earned her dental hygiene degree from NDSCS in Wahpeton, graduating at the top of her class and receiving the Hu-Friedy Golden Scaler Award. She has been part of the Berthoud Family Dentistry team for five years and loves being part of the small, family-centered atmosphere the practice provides. Penny lives in Johnstown with her husband, Tim, her high school sweetheart. She is also a breast cancer survivor, published author, speaker, and writer. In her free time, she enjoys crafting, gardening, baking, and working on interior design projects for friends and family, as well as spending time with her children and grandchildren.
