Sandy is a registered dental hygienist with over 25 years of experience and has been part of the Berthoud Family Dentistry team for more than 13 years. She loves the practice’s warm, family-oriented atmosphere and values the strong relationships she has built with patients and coworkers. Sandy enjoys helping patients feel comfortable while listening to their concerns, providing education, and creating a positive dental experience.

She earned her bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University in 1991, majoring in Social Work with a minor in Human Development, and later earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine.

Outside the office, Sandy and her husband, Mark, enjoy fly fishing, camping, and exploring Colorado. They have two sons and enjoy spending time together as their family continues to grow.
