Dr. Sean Adams brings an exceptional level of training to Berthoud Family Dentistry, including an Air Force Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) that he completed at the top of his class, earning a recommendation for specialty training in both oral surgery and endodontics. A decorated Air Force veteran, Dr. Sean combines that precision and discipline with a genuinely warm, patient-first approach. Whether you're coming in for a cleaning or a complex surgical procedure, you're in the hands of someone who has seen it and genuinely loves what he does.

Dr. Sean performs bone grafts, wisdom tooth extractions, root canals, and surgical procedures that typically require a specialist, which means fewer appointments, less hassle, and care that's always coordinated by someone who knows you. However, when needed, we have close relationships with specialist providers to ensure you receive the best possible care.

We work with your insurance
We're proud to be in-network with Delta Dental Premier, and we'll run your benefits through virtually any other PPO plan you carry. Most insurances are welcome here, and our team will help you understand exactly what's covered before your appointment so there are no surprises.
No insurance? No problem.
Our in-house membership plan is designed for patients who want consistent, quality care without the complexity of traditional insurance. For one simple annual fee, you'll have access to the preventive care you need and discounts on additional treatments. It's straightforward, affordable, and built for this community.
Your first visit comes with a lot more than a cleaning
New patient experience
We want to make it easy to get started, so we've put together a new patient experience that, in combination with a comprehensive exam, gives Dr. Sean everything he needs to fully understand your oral health.
Digital X-rays
We'll take either a full-mouth X-ray set or a panoramic X-ray so he has a complete view of your teeth, roots, and jaw from the start.
Intraoral and CBCT Scanning
Depending on your needs and goals, we'll take either intraoral scans to create a digital 3D model of your smile, or CBCT scans for a full view of what is below the surface to assess things like your airway and occlusion.
Custom treatment plan
Based on his findings, Dr. Sean will create a custom treatment plan for you that will keep you smiling for years to come.
